1. Collecting, processing and using personal data

It is always possible to visit our website without having to give any details about yourself. We store only access data with no associations to an individual person, data such as 

• the type and version of browser
• the operating system used
• the website from which you came to us
• the website you call up
• date and time of your visit

This data is stored separately from any personal data which you may enter at a later stage, and is used solely for the purposes of improving our internet presence and our services. We collect, process and store your personal data when you enter information on the contact form on the website or contact us by the email address on the website. Your details are only used to respond to your query.
Furthermore we collect, process and store your personal data only where you voluntarily provide this data when using services on the website (for example taking part in a competition). We use the personal data you provide, without a separate consent request, solely for the purposes of the service involved (thus for example to carry out the competition or to organize a brewery tour). When the procedure concerned is completed, your data is blocked for further usage, and after the lapse of a retention period, which may apply under relevant fiscal and commercial law, it will be deleted, unless you have otherwise expressly agreed for an additional usage of your personal data.

2. Personal data for fan dream "The home match of your life"

2.1. We require person-related information in order to complete your participation in the “Paulaner Fan Dream” contest. These personal details will be collected, processed and used by Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe GmbH & Co. KGaA, which is a responsible body on the basis of the information provided below.
Certain personal details will be disclosed to third parties which are involved in the organization of the competition, in particular to the agency engaged to help with its organization (PPM – Kommunikationsagentur, Asylstraße 2a, D-92637 Weiden) and to our media partners involved in the competition (FCB.tv, FC Bayern München AG).

With this in mind, we would be grateful if you would grant your consent to the use of your personal details described below in section 2.2.  Your consent is voluntary. We hope that you will understand that we cannot permit you to enter the "Paulaner Fan Dreams" contest unless you grant this consent.
Your consent is valid for a period of 12 months as of its granting. After this period has expired, these details will be deleted unless we are permitted to continue to process and/or use them on the basis of statutory permission or a separate consent.

2.2. The following information will be used for execution of the ’’Paulaner Fan Dreams“ contest:

a) Obligatory details about you:

• Name (title,forename(s) and surname)
• email address

We will collect the details above direct from you.

b) picture, audio and video recording

If you are the winner of the prize, picture and audio recordings of you and of the 20 persons you have elected will be made.  To this end, before redeeming the Paulaner Fan Dream, all 21 persons must sign industry-standard "model releases" in which they agree to their image, sound and video recordings being made free of charge and without restriction of usage rights. 

2.3. Your data will be used for the purposes described below in letters a) and b) using your consent. Some of the data will also be used for automated data processing purposes.

a) Use on the website and in other media
By giving your consent you agree that we may publish the following details on the website www.paulaner-fantraeume.de and in the framework of other telemedia and media (radio and television, in particular), or may share it also with our media partners for the purpose of publishing:

• Name (title, forename(s), surname)

b) Use of your email address
By granting your consent you agree that we may use the email address you provide for correspondence relating to your entry to the Paulaner Fan Dream contest. In addition, you grant us permission to save your name, address and email address beyond the period of 6 months specified in section 1 so that we may contact you again as a potential entrant in the event that the contest is held again within this period.

2.4. You also have the following rights in relation to customer information:

b) Revocation of consent
You may revocate your consent at any time with effect for future by sending an email to the following address: datenschutz@paulaner.de. We hope that you will understand that you will not be permitted to enter the contest if you revocate your consent.

c) Information, correction, blocking and possible deletion of customer details
You are entitled to free information about the correction, blocking and possibly deletion of your personal details.
